Market Flow does not execute trades, hold funds, provide brokerage services, or constitute a financial services licence holder under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Technical Indicators and Screener Signals

Moving averages, RSI values, momentum scores, breakout signals, and all other technical indicators are computed by Market Flow using delayed OHLCV data. These indicators:

• Are mathematical calculations applied to delayed price data — they are not predictions
• May contain computational errors or lag relative to live market conditions
• Do not account for fundamental factors, news events occurring after data is captured, or corporate actions that have not yet been reflected in price data
• Should not be used as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision

Trading Setups

The Trading Setups feature identifies and tracks rule-based trade candidates on the ASX. These setups:

• Are illustrative examples of rules-based trading methodologies, not trade recommendations
• Are tracked for educational transparency — their historical performance does not guarantee future results
• Are based on delayed data and may not accurately reflect current market conditions at the time you view them
• May include entries, stops, and targets that are no longer relevant by the time you see them

AI Catalyst Analysis

The AI-assisted Catalyst Analysis feature generates plain-language summaries of ASX announcements using a large language model. This content:

• Is automatically generated and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations
• Is not reviewed by a licensed financial adviser before publication
• Does not constitute financial advice and should not be treated as such
• Should always be cross-referenced against the original ASX announcement, which is linked directly from the analysis

No Guarantees

We do not warrant that:

• Any data, indicator, or analysis on this platform is complete, accurate, or timely
• The platform operates without errors, interruptions, or downtime
• Any trading setup, screener result, or dashboard signal will lead to profitable outcomes
• The platform is free from security vulnerabilities, viruses, or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE AUSTRALIAN LAW: Market Flow and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to:
